Beijing Olympic City Development Association(hereinafter referred to as BODA) was officially set up on August 6,2009.Mr.Liu Qi,Secretary of the Beijing Municipal CPC Committee, is the Chairman of BODA.Mr.Guo Jinlong,Mayor of Beijing Municipal Government,is the Executive Chairman of BODA.

Beijing Olympic City Development Foundation (hereinafter referred to as the Foundation) is a local public equity foundation initiated by BODA, and was officially established on May 24, 2010. The Foundation is positioned to raise funds from enterprises and individuals in the organizational form of a foundation, to provide funding support for the nonprofit social activities launched by BODA, and to make the work related to Olympic legacies sustainable.
